Buttery Poached Shrimp:

  1. Saute onion, celery, and carrots until softened.

  2. Add pureed roasted red peppers and a little matbucha melt butter and add tomato paste and crushed red pepper cook 2 mins.

  3. Add 5 cups of water boil then hard simmer for 35 minutes. Add salt.

  4. Bring a pot of salted lemon water to a boil. Turn off heat, add shrimp, and cover for 5 minutes.

  5. Combine melted butter with parsley and garlic and add poached shrimp.

  6. Serve the stew with cooked rice and pile the poached shrimp on top.
