CURRIED CORN THE COB

  1. So start off blending your onions,And then frying this with some cumin seeds in hot oil.
  2. Then blend up your chilli,ginger ,garlic and then add this into your hot pan.
  3. Toast until fragrant and then blend up your plum tomatoes and your peanuts until smooth.
  4. The spices I used were ground coriander , chilli powder and ground cumin and turmeric.
  5. Add some salt and then mix this in .
  6. Add your corn to boiling water and look for a few minutes.
  7. And then put this back into your sauce and give a good mix.Finish with some coconut milk and season to taste.
  8. And then you ‘re ready to serve
