Philly Cheese Sausage Skewers with Johnsonville I’m going to start by sauteing up some onions and green Bell peppers, and then I’m going to

heat up some cheese sauce.

Once it’s all ready to go, I’m going to start prepping my Johnsonville beer broth, placing them onto a cutting board.

I’m going to skewer them up using my two-pronged skewer, pulling off my sauteed veggies and the cheese sauce.

I’m going to Cook these guys on my grill using a three zone fire cooking method, cooking them for about seven to eight minutes per side.

Once they’re about 165 internal, I’m going to top them off with some sliced Provolone cheese.

Let that melt.

Then I’m going to start garnishing them.So we got our sauteed veggies place that right into the middle, and then I’m going to drizzle
-
some of that cheese sauce is right on top.

Once they’re ready to go, I’m going to pull them off, let them cool for a couple of minutes, and we’re going to slice them.
