How to Make Double Chocolate Milk Bun.

Double Chocolate Milk Bun:

  1. In  a mixing bowl, add 320g bread flour, 55g sugar, 240g milk, 5g instant yeast, 5g salt soft in 20g cocoa powder.

  2. Knead until combined and not sticky.

  3. Add 45g softened butter and knead for 10 minutes to make sure it passes the window pan test.

  4. Rest and proof for 45-60 min (until double divide by 16 equally) from balls and rest 10 minutes deflate completely, and add milk chocolate form taught balls and place in baking tray.

  5. Proof 25-30 minutes bake 170C 25-30 minutes.

  6. Enjoy.
