Harissa Couscous with Fennel:

  1. Cook onion and fennel till golden brown.

  2. Melt butter ,add harissa.

  3. Add pearl couscous and 2 cups of water to start.

  4. Simmer for 20 minutes until couscous is al dente.Add more water if it evaporates too quickly.

  5. Serve with labneh and pomegranate.
