  1. So slice your onions and halve your tomatoes.
  2. Get 3 tablespoon cooking oil.
  3. Get those cumin seeds black mustard seeds and curry leaves popping in the pan.
  4. Caramelise those onion in there .
  5. Then add chilli powder , turmeric and a ton of sliced garlic.
  6. Add the cherry tomatoes and squats than to get it nice and saucy.
  7. Tip in the water.
  8. Then nestle in some firm white fish.And pop on a lid for eight minutes.This will give you the most tender flaky fish.
  9. Finish it with some time lime and salt.
