  1. First chop up your chicken breast into large chunks.

  2. Then toss with some white pepper powder,salt and self-rising flour.

  3. Then for you batter.Combine the self-rising flour,

  4. White pepper powder,salt, olive oil and some ice cold water.

  5. This helps the balls become extra crispy.For the sweet and sour sauce.

  6. Just heat up some pineapple juice,tomato ketchup,light brown sugar ,soy sauce and apple cider vinegar.

  7. Then bring this to a boil and thicken with a cornflour sherry.

  8. Grab a bamboo skewer and poke one of the chicken balls.

  9. Dip this in the batter and then pop this into some hot oil.

  10. Hold it until it puffs up and then remove it with a fork and continue cooking for a few minutes until it’s golden brown and crispy.

  11. Then serve this up with your sticky sweet and sour sauce and enjoy.
