How to Make Onion Noodles

Onion Noodles:

  1. First up, chop a whole bunch of spring onions as finely as you can.

  2. Don’t forget to separate the greens and the whites.In a pan add a big glug of oil and cook the spring onion whites until they’re slightly golden.

  3. Then add your greens and cook until they’re really crispy and caramelised.

  4. Separate your golden spring onions using a sieve.

  5. Then cook your egg noodles in some boiling water, then get your wok smoking hot and drizzle in the spring onion oil.

  6. Add in some ginger, garlic and red chilies and cook these until they’re fragrant.

  7. Toss in your cooked noodles,some soy sauce and those crispy spring onions toss it all together, and you’re ready to serve.

  8. Pile these high in a bowl and garnish with some fresh spring onions, fresh red chilies and loads of those caramelised spring onions too.
