How to Make Pommes Anna Recipe.

Pommes Anna:

  1. Finely slice the potatoes with a mandolin, then wash until the water runs clear.

  2. Meanwhile, finely slice your beetroot and set the slice in a bowl.

  3. Pat the potatoes slice dry, then line a baking sheet with baking paper and melt your butter.

  4. Form 4 rings of potato first on the baking sheet, then brush liberally with butter.

  5. Fan beetroot  slices on top, followed by butter then another lay of potatoes and finally a beetroot slice to finish.

  6. Sprinkle each liberally with salt then bake in the oven at 130 for 20-30 minutes, or until the edges of the potato crisp up.
