Sage Risotto

  1. Fry shallots, add butter minced sage and arborio rice.

  2. Add water ,Alternate adding liquid and stirring risotto for 30 minutes until tender and creamy.

  3. Fry sliced fennel and tomatoes until charred.

  4. Fry sage leaves until crispy.

  5. Serve the fennel and tomatoes on the risotto 

  6. ENJOY!
