How to Make Sausage Pasta

Sausage Pasta:

1. Grab your sausage and squeeze out the meat out of the casing straight into a hot pan with some oil.

2. Add in some chili flakes to your sausage and then chuck in your runner beans and peas.

3. Then get your pasta cooking in some salted boiling water.

4. Give this a good mix and then stir in your mascarpone.

5. Add in your cooked pasta and some pasta water , and cook this until it’s creamy and glossy .

6. Finish this off with a mountain of parmesan.

7. And then serve this up in your bowl with some cracked black pepper and more parm.
