Poach an Egg:

  1. Sauce pan with enough water for the egg to float.

  2. Add 8 grams / 2 tbsp white vinegar.

  3. 8 grams / large pinch of salt.Bring it to a low simmer.2 Bowls + A Sieve.

  4. You can use Thermometer to reach the perfect Temp.Which is 85 C / 185 F.

  5. Crack the egg in the sieve.

  6. Let the watery egg white to drain.

  7. Then transfer the egg in a different bowl.

  8. Perfect temperature.Create a VORTEX.

  9. Drop the egg in the middle of the vortex.

  10. Let it poach for 3-4 minutes.

  11. Place it on a paper towel to absorb some of the water.Or in ice water it is prepping for later use.

  12. Place it on top of whatever you want .

  13. Enjoy.
