Sweet and Spicy Gochujang Fried Chicken.

Gochujang Fried Chicken:

  1. First, you wanna prep your sauce. Mix all your sauces and sugar together, then grate in your garlic and ginger.

  2. Cut your chicken into long strips, thighs are best.

  3. Now we’re gonna season with cornstarch for extra flavour, then add this to your chicken and get your beaten eggs in and give it a good mix. Ten one at a time, coat your chicken in the cornstarch.

  4. Deep fry twice for that extra crispiness, Trust me, it’s worth it. Once they’re nice and golden, they’re good to go.

  5. Heat up your sauce for a couple of minutes until it thickens and is buff.

  6. Toss your chicken in your delicious sauce and plate it with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and spring onions and tuck in,
