Garlicky Spaghetti with Anchovies & Breadcrumbs:

  1. So first, slice the garlic and mince the parsley.

  2. And get the pasta to boil in plenty of salted water.

  3. Warm up the olive oil, add your anchovies and break them up with the back of a spoon.

  4. And then go in with the garlic, the chilli and the parsley.

  5. In a small frying pan,fry the breadcrumbs until they ‘re golden brown.

  6. Add the pasta to the pan with the anchovies along with a ladle of the cooking water.

  7. Stir and toss the pasta really well.

  8. To build a creamy emulsion with all of the starchy water and the olive oil.

  9. Plate it up and top with the breadcrumbs.

  10. Give this a try even if you ‘re not a massive fan of anchovies  cause they kinda give it a salty depth rather than a fishiness and it is delicious.
