Sticking to a low carb diet is very difficult especially when we dine out at restaurants because all delicious foods seem to be of high carb content but u can choose wisely to have both delicious as well as low carb food.

There are different low carb food options which are as follows

1 Sub in a tub

Submarine sandwiches are very high in carbs but they are very delicious. They are high in carbs because the restaurants offer them in a bun .That bun has almost 40 grams of carbs. So if we order the sub in a tub means a bowl rather than a bun we can reduce almost 40 grams of carbohydrates so in this way a delicious fast food will easily become a low carb diet.

2 Grilled Chicken

Fried chicken is not a good option at all because in frying chicken absorbs a lot of oil due to which it becomes a high source of carbs then of protein. Moreover heating vegetable oil to high temperature may cause production of compounds that are harmful for the consumption of people and cause many cardiac problems 

Thus, grilled chicken is a better source of low carb and a good fast food with green beans as a side dish which have low as well as digestible carbs.

3 Coffee or with cream

Coffee and tea are carbohydrate free. They don’t have carbs in them, moreover they have caffeine which has many benefits such that they are a good mood elevator and good for a person’s mental and as well as physical health and you can have your tea or coffee with heavy cream or milk . Heavy cream with no carbs is also available and you can add almond milk which is also of low carb content hence coffee with cream or tea with almond milk can be also used for low carb fast food options.

4 Chipotle salad or bowl

This is a Mexican restaurant that offers low carb food options which many people consider healthier than other restaurant chains because of their better quality they offer salad with grilled meat or chicken and freshly grilled vegetables that are high in fiber better for the gut delicious as well as low in carbohydrates hence a best delicious fast food option for people who want to take low carb fast food.

5 Lettuce wrapped burger

 It is the kind of burger that is wrapped in lettuce rather than bun so it is full of nutrients and proteins but low in carbs. Moreover you can improve the taste by adding low carbohydrate toppings according to your own taste or preferences. Such as mayo bacon, mustard onions and tomatoes which are low in carbs.

6 Egg bowl with steak

Usually breakfast is high in carbs but if you consume egg with steak without any white bread it will become a low carb food you can have a bowl full of boiled eggs with a grilled steak from restaurants which would be high in proteins but low in carbs hence a good and delicious fast food option.
