  1. Cut up 3 boiled potatoes and start roughly mashing them.

  2. Add 2 tsp of salt, cumin, and chili powder.

  3. Add ½ cup coriander leaves and keep a side white, we work on the bread.

  4. Mix ¼ cup of flour with ½ cup of water.

  5. Dip the ball in the batter and then roll it along very fine dry breadcrumbs.

  6. Use a mold to get the shape you want or just use your hands.

  7. Fry in medium / high heat until golden brown (1-2 min max)
