How to Make Best Chocolate Pudding.

Chocolate Pudding:

  1. In a large pan pour 90g of sugar and 300ml milk.

  2. Then add 7g of agar-agar powder and mix until everything is combined.

  3. Chop up milk chocolate 150g into small pieces.

  4. Add it to the pan, low heat, and keep stirring until the mixture is thick and all the chocolate has melted.

  5. Pour the mix into a rectangular mold, and let it cool down completely, then place in the fridge for a few hours( until cold).

  6. Cut the pieces and ENjoy!
