Crumbly Drop Biscuit:

  1. In a bowl, add all-purpose flour and 180g of salt ½ tsp Baking powder ½ tsp, Baking soda ⅛ tsp, and sugar 2 tsp

  2. Mix them well, then add cream 250ml (microwaved for 1 minute, until slightly hot to touch)

  3. Combined well, use a greased ¼ cup measure to scoop out 6 portions of the batter, and place it on a parchment-lined pan.

  4. Bake 225C for 10-12 minutes, brush melted butter afterward.
