How to Make Eggplant Dal Recipe.

Eggplant Dal:

  1. Poke the aubergine all over with a knife, then cook at 180 C for 45 minutes.

  2. Rinse the lentils, then place ina dan pan with 2 tins tomatoes water and salt. Bring to simmer and cover with a lid.

  3. Finely slice the onions, then peel and grate the ginger and garlic.

  4. Fry of the mustard seed, cinnamon and whole chilli stiring continuously.

  5. Next, add onions chilli and garlic. When fragment, add ground spices and water then reduce the heat.When the lentils have absorbed the water, stir in the onion mix, along with aubergine flash stir, simmer and serve.
