How to Make Homemade Donuts

Homemade Donuts:

  1. Mix 150 ml milk, 30g sugar, and 1.5 tsp instant yeast in a bowl.

  2. Pour the mix in a mixing bowl, along with 2 egg yolks and 250g bread flour.

  3. Knead until it’s not stickly.

  4. Add 40g butter and 0.5 tsp salt.Knead until it passes window pane test (10 min)

  5. Divide into 3g balls (medium size donuts)and proof for 30 min.

  6. Flatten a bit (let air out) and cut holes in the center,proof a further 20 min.

  7. Fry on low heat until golden brown, flipping only once.

  8. Use whatever topping you want, this is cinnamon sugar!Enjoy.
